Tim, the idea is to use the ning site as the aggregator, so as content gets tagged it can appear here. We can come up with a more specific tagging protocol as needed, like we did for missing people during Katrina.

We need to think about how people who don't know social media are going to access this information. People that don't know about tags, meems and such. Should there be first time visitor's page or something?
